If your Tribe cannot enforce the death penalty, You Are a Domestic Dependent Nation

If your Tribe has been TERMINATED and never Re-Recognized by Congress, You Don't Exist

If your Tribe has been placed on the List of Federally Recognized Tribes but have been TERMINATED, You Don't Exist
