Dr SIR In reply to your note of this date relative to the situation of Lovelys purchase I have to state that we have no Map in this office on which it is particularly situated-It however is understood to lie altogether west of the Cherokee boundary as designated on our maps, & within which boundary is contained 4,264,096 acres of land
