This is another National Archives document proving the Chickamauga are Federally Recognized and that the United States identifies the Chickamauga as a separate people from cherokee. The United States Recognizes The Chickamauga Nation throughout the National Archives and National Registry since the 1780s

Because we have provided indisputable proof by using documents in the National Archives and National Registry of the United States:
We call on the Congress of the United States and or the Secretary of the Department of Interior to immediately place The Chickamauga Nation on the List of Indian tribes or groups that are federally recognized and eligible for funding and services from the Bureau of Indian Affairs

GW was concerned with the "outrageous conduct [that] not only violates the rights of humanity, but also endangers the public peace." Therefore, in 1792, from 190 High Street in Philadelphia,GW and Thomas Jefferson signed a presidential proclamation offering a $500reward for the apprehension of "certain lawless and wicked persons of the western frontier in the State of
Georgia, [who] did lately invade, burn and destroy a town belonging to the Cherokee Nation, although of amity with the United States, and put to death several Indians of the Nation ... " GW already admits for the United States that genocide is being committed against the Chickamauga.
By this proclamation, does The Chickamauga Nation right to seek this $500 reward for turning in the names of “certain lawless and wicked persons” who intentionally subvert the legal and civil rights of the Citizens of The Chickamauga Nation by preventing The Chickamauga Nation from being placed on the Serviced Tribes Roll? Would that include past and present Representatives and Senators as well as past and present employees of the BIA? Interesting legal theory especially with Civil Rights violations and ethnic cleansing being involved.
GW liked the Chickamauga Chief “Iskague” or Bloody Fellow so much that a Brigadier General’s uniform made for him and presented him with a specially struck medal and GW additionally amended the Holston Treaty annuities to be increased by an additional $500 per year.

The Library of Congress is the repository of items for the specific use of Congress. Congress created the Library of Congress and it became law on April 24, 1800.
This means that the United States Congress has, since 1801, had in their possession the true history and documentation of The Chickamauga Nation, but still refuses to place The Chickamauga Nation on the Serviced Tribes Roll.
We call on Congress and the Secretary of Interior to immediately place The Chickamauga Nation on the List of Serviced Tribes
