Restating the Obvious about the Congressionally Unratified Act of Union of 1839
It must be bliss to be so ignorant that you have no comprehension of basic English when it is written. Or maybe so dedicated to myths, legends, falsehoods, fairy-tales, and lies that you begin to believe your own propaganda. Whatever the case may be, ignorance is no excuse for stupidity.
As previously posted on this website, the Casino Nation of Oklahoma (the Traditionalist Mound Building Culture of the Southeast Ceremonial Complex Religion forbid gaming, so no we are not jealous we are proud to be a non-gaming tribe) claims an Act of Union with the Chickamauga (AKA: Arkansas Cherokee, Western Cherokee, Old Settlers, Red Sticks, as well as many others names) in 1839. There are a few issues with this assertion. First, the Congress of the United States never authorized or ratified the “Act of Union” as required by 7 Statute 18, the Hopewell Treaty of which numerous Chickamauga were signatories. Second, no Chickamauga Chief signed the “Act of Union” because John Ross had them all killed for being Traditionalists along with number of other significant leaders of the Chickamauga. Third, the Congress of the United States never authorized or ratified the Cherokee Nation Constitution of 1839. Finally, John Ross had no legal authority to have a government West of the Mississippi River according to the 1828 Cherokee Nation Laws. And please do not for one second think we do not have the written documents to prove every point made, like we have said before, only documented proof will be allowed on this website. If you want a copy of the documents, it we can supply those to anyone willing to pay for the over 650,000 pages of research, including the professional fees to find, document, sort, and prepare each item we will gladly sell a copy for just over the price we have put into it ourselves.
The Casino Nation of Oklahoma adopted laws forbidding anyone moving west of the Mississippi to possess Citizenship within the Nation. Even so, John Ross enforced their laws on the people as he drove them on the Trail of Tears with his light horse paramilitary units. But we do not want to bring too much attention to the truth since the Casino Nation of Oklahoma is so averse to it. West of the Mississippi River, there was no Cherokee Government other than the Chickamauga who had a treaty in 1828 giving them the 14 Counties in Oklahoma along with a western outlet. Even the 1835 New Echota, which is co-signed by the Chickamauga, does not grant the Cherokee the right to have a Government West of the Mississippi, only that they can live in the 14 counties under the already existing Chickamauga government of which the Cherokee were not citizens.
Again, there is no excuse for ignorance or stupidity. The Cherokee murdered all of the leaders of the Chickamauga, John Ross illegally inserted himself into the government of the Chickamauga, and then declared Unity between the Chickamauga at Gunpoint and the threat of death. We do not and will not forget the genocide and ethnic cleansing the Chickamauga have received at the hands of the Cherokee, nor did our Chickamauga Ancestors forget when they were being murdered by the Cherokee Chief John Ross and his thugs.
No, Chucky Baby, there is NO LEGAL ACT OF UNION of 1839. There never has been and there never will be.
