The Cherokee Nation Is Terminated and Does Not Exist
Proof 10 - 1938 Fairfield Convention of the Clandestine Cherokee Nation General Convention
The Cherokee Nation (1902) and the Congress of the United States (1902, 1906) had permanently terminated the Government of the Cherokee Nation, allotted and sold off all of the lands of the Cherokee Nation, terminated all rights and privileges of the Cherokee Nation government that were held under treaty, and they never held a reservation, only territory within the Indian Territory.
In 1938 under the leadership of Jesse Bartley Milam, born in Texas, the clandestine Cherokee Nation General Convention met in Fairfield, Oklahoma to appoint Jesse Bartley Milam as Chief in a direct violation of the will of the Congress of the United States. In 1941, Franklin Delano Roosevelt acknowledges Jesse Bartley Milam as the Chief of the Cherokee Nation Executive Committee for matters relating to the work of the Cherokee National Committee in seeking Indian Claims Commission.

EDITORIAL ASSERTION:
After the Cherokee Nation and the Congress of the United States had codified the Cherokee Nation as Terminated in 1902 and then in 1906 the Congress enacted the Curtis Act, 34 Stat 137, Public Law 86-192 1906 which terminated the Five Civilized Tribes, the Cherokee Nation intentionally violates the will of the Congress of the United States and meets in 1938 in Fairfield, Oklahoma to re-organized the Cherokee Nation in violation of the will of Congress.
Apparently the Terminated cherokee nation in Oklahoma has taken the Plenary Power of the Congress of the United States. Leaving one to wonder if Congress has any authority at all over Indian Affairs.
The Congress of the United States has surrendered its Plenary Powers to a TERMINATED tribe and then delegated their rightful Plenary Powers over Indian Affairs to the BIA and OFA.
If this were a situation on the ranch, it would be called castration.
