Meanwhile Back in Arkansas - Laws of the Cherokee Nation
NO PERSON WHO LEFT THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OLD NATION CAN BE CALLED CHEROKEE
THERE ARE NO ARKANSAS CHEROKEE!
THERE ARE NO IMMIGRANT CHEROKEE!
THERE ARE NO WESTERN CHEROKEE!
THERE ARE NO OLD SETTLER CHEROKEE!
ONLY CHICKAMAUGA ENTERED ARKANSAS
It is always better to tell the truth, no matter how damning, than to be caught telling a bold faced lie.
History is a true pain in the rear for those who cannot comprehend what they have been told is in actuality a LIE
Let us examine the laws of the du Chat Nation, a.k.a. the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma Inc.
Let us never forget the Rennard Strickland, "Fire and the Spirits: Cherokee Law from Clan to Court"
The Cherokee wrote their laws against the Chickamauga and the Lower Towns who wanted to go WEST and did go WEST. The reality is they cut off their own heads when they themselves had to leave the boundaries of the "Old Nation" and cross the Mississippi. Their government and possessions ended when they left, as John Ross so eloquently stated in June of 1843, "Our ancient fire has there been extinguished."
Or the Last chief of the du Chat Nation, a.k.a. Cherokee Nation, Chief William Charles Rogers
THE OLD CHEROKEE NATION CEASED TO EXIST WHEN IT LEFT THE BOUNDARIES IN 1838.
THEY WERE TERMINATED BY CONGRESS AT THE REQUEST OF THEIR COUNCIL IN 1902
THEY WERE TERMINATED BY CONGRESS IN 1906
THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN RE-RECOGNIZED BY CONGRESS
WHO ARE THOSE PEOPLE IN TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA LIVING ON CHICKAMAUGA TREATY LAND?
