EDITORIAL: This document is written in 1798 about a treaty in which only Chickamauga signed. This is about the Cumberland and Duck Rivers so there are NO cherokee in this part of Tennessee in 1798, only Lower Town Chickamauga defending the 1785 Treaty lands.
