The Howard Wheeler Act or The Indian Reorganization Act of 1934 Establishes the Federal Recognition of The Chickamauga Nation.

Sections 2, 4, 7, 16, 17, and 18 Shall Not Apply to the Enumerated Tribes in Oklahoma including the Cherokee

The Chickamauga Have Been Under the Jurisdiction of the United States Since Signing the 1785 Treaty, 7 Statute 18, the Hopewell Treaty
