Genocide/Ethnic Cleansing
The term Genocide/Ethnic Cleansing refers to the forced removal of an ethnic group from a territory. A United Nations Commission of Experts investigating the former Yugoslavia defined it as “rendering an area ethnically homogeneous by using force or intimidation to remove persons of given groups from the area.” Unlike crimes against humanity, genocide, and war crimes, Genocide/Ethnic Cleansing is not recognized as a standalone crime under international law. However, the practice of Genocide/Ethnic Cleansing may constitute genocide, crimes against humanity, or war crimes.

The god of the White, European, Christians did not punish them for their murderous wars of annihilation against the Chickamauga. Their god never brought them low for their actions or behavior. Their god allowed them to commit atrocities of war, war crimes, genocide, and ethnic cleansing against an indigenous people without any consequences for their actions or behavior. Does the god of the White, European, Christians care about his name or reputation? How can White, European, Christians claim their god cares about the Chickamauga after the way they have treated the Chickamauga?
The United States and Allied Tribes are just as guilty as White, European, Christians. The National Archives and War Department Records are replete with tales of bragging about murdering, killing, raiding, massacring, raping, pillaging, taking war brides, taking captive women and children, burning villages and crops, decapitating and sexually mutilating our chiefs, warriors, and headsmen.
George Washington knew what was happening, John Adams knew what was happening, Thomas Jefferson knew what was happening and every president up to today including Bill Clinton, George H. W. Bush, Barack Obama, Donald Trump and Joe Biden. Every Secretary of the Department of Interior has known about the atrocities, and has done nothing to stop it. Both the last and present Secretary of the Interior have failed to place The Chickamauga Nation on the Serviced Tribes Roll and continue the ethnic cleansing of our people by denying us the promised made to us by George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and the Congress of the United States.
The Senate Committee on Indian Affairs told our National Executive Chiefs to get academic verification of who we are, and we have over 450,000 pages now, but yet we were told as late as today that the government does not know who we are. The United States made treaties with us, took our lands, made war against us (the Chickamauga Wars), made peace with us, killed our men, killed our women and children, stole our women and children, set aside trust lands for us and still they do know know who we are?
This is nothing more than the continuation of the war of genocidal extermination and ethnic cleansing of the Chickamauga.
White, European, Christians, and the United States Government and Allied Tribes confess what you have done, repent for what you have done, and make restitution for what you have done and continue to do to the Chickamauga.
