Composition of Our Recognition Lies in Statutes and Codes
We do not hold a Renaissance Identity, we hold indigenous identity
The makeup of the Congress is in continuous flux and therefore the Composition of our Recognition does not lie in the Erratic Disposition of the Makeup of the Congress of the United States which is to our Detriment. We Possess Legacy Recognition and to deny such is Immoral and Morbid since our Recognition was paid for in Blood. Since our Recognition is recorded in the Annals of Congress we believed they would act in accordance and place The Chickamauga Nation on the List of Tribes determined to be eligible for benefits and services from the BIA. Their failure to do so demonstrates the words of Congress are no longer valid and Supreme Court rulings are no longer enforced. By refusing to follow their own laws, are they not committing crimes against the Civil Rights of all of the Citizens of The Chickamauga Nation?
The definition of Cultivated Sufficient Congressional Support is: When the Yeas and Nays are called, there is enough votes for the law to pass and therefore the Congress itself (and the United States in general) is responsible for the consequences of the acts. Therefore: if Congress passes treaties then they are responsible for the consequences of those treaties, of which The Chickamauga Nation are co-signatories of at least 16.
Since the indigenous identity of The Chickamauga Nation is of no consequence to the Congress of the United States, then maybe a list of the Act of Congress from 1785 to 1842 should remind them of their actions toward the citizens of The Chickamauga Nation.
Each of the following Acts of Congress are in Statute and Code. Each of the following Acts of Congress are directly linked to the Citizens of The Chickamauga Nation and their descendants and heirs.
