Chickamauga Treaties With Signatories with the United States Government

Not only did The Chickamauga Nation sign Treaties with the United States Government, Act of June 18, 1934, Chapter 576 of the 73rd Congress, 48 Stat. 984, 25 U.S.C. 461 Section 19 is further Federal Recognition of The Chickamauga Nation.

Facts get in the way of the fake history portrayed by the Department of Interior's inferior subsidiary, the Bureau of Indian Affairs acceptance of the myths and legends of a Terminated Tribe in Oklahoma which has never been re-Recognized by the Congress of the United States by somehow being placed on the List of Federally Recognized Tribes in the late 1970s in violation of Federal Law.
