Chickamauga in Arkansas after 1828 Treaty - AFTERTHOUGHTS
The President, Senate, Arkansas, Chickamauga, Du Chat Nation, a.k.a. Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma Inc (A Business)
What does history teach us? The United States did not understand that the Chickamauga and the Cherokee are two different governments, two different people groups, two different ethnicities, two different cultures, and two different worldviews. The du Chat Nation had been committing genocide against the Chickamauga since the early 1700s and these blood enemies could not have peace and still do not have peace today as evidenced in the 2022 Cherokee Tri-Council Meeting in Tahlequah, Oklahoma when the Council Members and their Chiefs called the Chickamauga enemies of the Cherokee people.
In the 21 previous Articles, entitled "Chickamauga in Arkansas after 1828 Treaty" lays out the most damning truth about John Ross and the du Chat Nation, they were are are guilty of GENOCIDE and ETHNIC CLEANSING.
The du Chat Nation is the LAP DOG of the United States government which the later uses to keep most other Indian Tribes in check. The United States rewarded the Du Chat Nation with the bones of The Chickamauga people in the 1830s and 1840s, then used the du Chats to continue the policies of ethnic cleansing against the Chickamauga. Make no mistake, the United States government is as guilty as the Du Chat Nation since the United States paid John Ross and his Genocidal Thugs with the Treaty lands of the Chickamauga, the Government of the Chickamauga, and finally the murdering of the Chickamauga.
The actions of the United States government, the du Chat Nation, miscegenation laws of the various states in the South and Southwest which made it legal to kill Indians and take their lands without retribution, the Chickamauga were forced to hide in plain sight. Not any longer.
We began coming out of hiding over the last two generations and have slowly but surely began consolidating around our culture and families. We know we are not the only Tribe the United States has tried to eradicate by paying other Tribes to commit genocide on their behalf. Most of us were driven into hiding, but we are not hiding any more.
THEREFORE: As a Sovereign, Federally Recognized Treaty Tribe, seeking to provide for its future, The Chickamauga Nation is within its rights to reach past the government of the United States for protection and financial security from foreign countries with whom we have treaties with currently and may have treaties with in the future.
