The Chickamauga Nation does not accept the authority, legitimacy, or legality of the Department of Interior's Bureau of Indian Affairs because of its inherent genocidal policies toward Indians which have never been repudiated.
The proof these policies have never been repudiated is their ethnic cleansing policies continue against Federally Recognized Treaty Tribes whom they refuse to Service.
Fourth.- The Indians must conform to "the white man's ways," peaceably if they will, forcibly if they must. They must adjust themselves to their environment, and conform their mode of living substantially to our civilization. This civilization may not be the best possible, hut it is the best the Indians can get. They can not escape it, and must either conform to it or he crushed by it.
