Representative Loudermilk was sent a meeting request to meet with the Chiefs of The Chickamauga Nation. He and his staff have refused to take the meeting.
First, 7 Statute 18 Article 11 requires The Chickamauga Nation "shall give notice to the citizens of the United States, of any designs which they may know or suspect to be formed in any neighboring tribe, or by any person whosoever, against the peace, trade or interest of the United States." We wanted to report Genocide and ethnic cleansing by other allies of the United States against The Chickamauga Nation.
Second, 7 Statute 18 Article 12 states, "That the Indians may have full confidence in the justice of the United States, respecting their interests, they shall have the right to send a deputy of their choice, whenever they think fit, to Congress." The Chickamauga Nation has the Treaty Right to go to Congress whenever we see fit, and one of our Representatives refused to honor the Treaty even though it is the law of the land according to Article 6 Clause 2 and Clause 3 of the Constitution of the United States.
Below, we are publishing the communications with Congressman Loudermilk.
