Proof The United States Knows About The Chickamauga Nation From The American State Papers
From: A Century of Lawmaking for a New Nation: U.S. Congressional Documents and Debates, 1774 - 1875
The United States Government knew that any time the Spanish refer to "The Cherokee Nation" they are specifically referencing The Chickamauga Nation. The Spanish despised the American Allied "Cherokees" because their Chief Little Turkey publically proclaimed the Spanish to be "No True Whites," "Liars who could not tell the truth," and "Mullatos."
