the declaration of independence is a powerful petition for perfection among humans and human institutions. it directs all mankind to a higher level of grace, dignity, and respect for each other. the heights of classical liberalism had finally been breached in one statement of humanity and the rights of men. the powerful platitudes had paled before the ink was ever dry. no matter how soaring the rhetoric, no matter how historically relevant, no matter how much that one document changed the world, it was only an aspiration of which no signer ever fully intended to ascend to its high and lofty precipice.
this is no attack on the declaration of independence, for it may be one of the greatest documents in the history of all mankind, but this must be a full-throated rebuttal of the signers and the newly emerging country for the inhumanity and indignities perpetrated against the Chickamauga who live on the north american continent. the signers never intended to live up to the lofty words in relation to the “merciless indian savages” because the doctrine of discovery promulgated their intent to kill, steal, destroy, rape, murder, and pillage the Chickamauga all in the name of life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and christianity. while accusing the king of being a tyrant, the colonists were tyrannical terrorists torturing the truths they had penned by devising new ways to manifestly destroy the destiny and dignity of the Chickamauga.
when in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the Chickamauga people from the face of the earth, to make a mockery of the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God are entitled only to white european, christian colonists not the Chickamauga.
we hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, (unless they are Chickamauga) that they (all lily-white men and women alone) are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. these men wrote two of the three most important documents in the history of the world, and none-the-less never intended to live up to the platitudes that flowed from their pens. they had achieved the pantheon of propaganda to convince themselves and the world that stealing land from “uncivilized” savages was their just reward for putting pen to paper and committing ethnic cleansing and genocide against a people who had been on this continent for at least 600 years before their european staycation.
when in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one nation of people to seek redress through petition with another nation in which facts must be established to determine how these facts must be presented for the world and its Creator to be witness against the offenses established. when one nation represses another nation believing them to be inferior, of lesser quality, and incapable of self-determination, removing the long-established, self-determination of the Chickamauga, places them as the inferior and lesser. in this relationship of tutelage, the offended must first seek redress to the relationship as it was originally intended to be established while the offender seeks further alienation against the offended. from the beginning of the relationship the Chickamauga trustingly accepted the united states by holding in honor and dignity the great fathers who have come to propose treaties of peace and understanding. since the colonists came to this continent, they have sought to change those they call savages into diminutive replicas of their white, european, christian selves. The Chickamauga are not savages they are a proud people with highly developed rituals, religion, culture, laws, animal husbandry, agricultural practices, and astronomy. before the revolutionary war came to this continent the typical Chickamaugan spoke the trade languages of french, spanish, english, and cherokee as well as the languages of various indian tribes, and other trade languages including sign language. the Chickamauga were far from savages, they were highly civilized.
the colonialists, much like the winged serpent have proven they have a forked tongue by their intentional and continuous lying to the Chickamauga. the Chickamauga came to realize that trust placed in the white man was mistakenly given to the great fathers of the colonists and united states. how can the Chickamauga trust a people or their god when those people lie in the name of their god who died on a cross? the words and actions of the colonialists, the people of the united states proved that they are not trustworthy because they treat their god on a cross as a talisman and not a god to be feared, respected, or worshipped?
the colonialist of the united states never came to the Chickamauga people in good faith. the white man combined the Chickamauga into a group of peoples who had nothing in common except speaking similar dialects of an indian trade language called cherokee. the united states degraded the Chickamauga people and culture in public by calling them cherokee when they were not cherokee, they were Chickamauga. their king made treaties promising by their god on a cross that the colonialists would not enter Chickamauga lands. historical records, letters, and personal writings of the colonial settlers, colonial legislatures, colonial leaders, and colonial militias demonstrate their intentions to occupy lands west of the Appalachian mountains and even further west than the Mississippi in rebellion against their king. in rebellion, which is the sin of witchcraft, punishable by death in their bible.
the great fathers of the white people signed treaties never intending to honor those treaties, because they were incapable of being honorable. the treaties that were made by the great fathers of the white people with the Chickamauga were intentionally broken before the ink on the treaty was dry. The great treaty of 1785 was established to protect the Chickamauga and cherokee forever. the great fathers did not intend to keep their promises from the great treaty because they greedily returned again and again to make new treaties with the Chickamauga and cherokee and move ancient boundary markers to take more land and possessions and drive the Chickamauga off of their traditional hunting, fishing, and farming lands.
the great father, george washington understood the Chickamauga were not cherokee because he spoke specifically and recognized the Chickamauga by name in his fourth state of the union address of november 6, 1792. the united states knew the Chickamauga were not cherokee but continued to call the Chickamauga that name to intentionally disrespect the people, culture, laws, religion, and way of life. a short time later the great father, thomas jefferson made treaty with the Chickamauga people by asking them to voluntarily remove from their lands in the southeast part of the continent and trade those lands for lands west of the mississippi in arkansas to remain safe in those lands that were to extend to where the sun sets over the waters. the Chickamauga people voluntarily left their traditional hunting, fishing, and farming lands in the southeast to establish peace and tranquility for themselves in their new treaty lands west of the mississippi river. once again the Chickamauga trusted in the great white fathers and once again were rewarded with more genocide, ethnic cleansing, lies, deceit, and treachery.
The Creator has already heard our cries. He will allow the petition of the Chickamauga to be heard by the nations of the world. until that time, pray for the Creator and Nature to bless and keep the Chickamauga. pray for the leaders of the Chickamauga to have wisdom and knowledge. pray for the people to keep their faith that the Creator will smile down upon them and give them peace.
the history of the present government of the united states is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having directed the establishment of an absolute tyranny over the Chickamauga. to prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.
the united states broke every treaty it ever made with the Chickamauga and refused to assent to treaties, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
the united states allowed its colonists to intentionally break treaties, invade treaty lands, murder and pillage the Chickamauga so as to commit genocide and ethnically cleanse them from their lands.
the united states, its colonies and states incited domestic insurrections amongst the Chickamauga by the settlers, cherokee, and chickasaw whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
