It is against Cherokee Nation Law for anyone living outside of the boundaries of the Cherokee Nation in Georgia to have Cherokee Identity, Citizenship, land, or rights as a Cherokee. Therefore, the Chiefs on the Arkansas must be addressed as they should be addressed as Lower Town Chickamauga Chiefs.
