The Johnson - O'Mally Act of March 14, 1934

This Act was amended to take out the educational component and place it in the Indian Self Determination Act and Indian Education Act. No other section of this ACT has been amended or rescinded.

This Statute is quite clear, The Chickamauga Nation is a Federally Recognized Tribe, Under the jurisdiction of the United States, and is not receiving the benefits of this Act.

Where are our Services including: Medical Attention; Agricultural Assistance; Social Welfare; Relief of Distress; Livestock; Existing School Buildings, Hospitals, Other Facilities and All Equipment therein or appertaining thereto; and other personal property owned by the Government

Are we being denied benefits and services by the Federal Government as a continued act of genocide and ethnic cleansing? What other reason can there be other than Continued genocide and ethnic cleansing?

All past, present and future claims or assertions of Chickamauga history, written or spoken, including but not limited to biographies, curriculum vitae, lectures or any other reference not listed herein, are deemed fraudulent by The Chickamauga Nation.
